With regard to the implementation of solutions, the project leader assists the customer in integrating the professional software, from acquiring the licence to acceptance tests in the pilot store.

Schedule monitoring, budget control, reporting and monitoring committee, communication… the project leader oversees the project as a whole and the teams assigned to it. The customer's contact preferred, he receives and handles all the customer's requests, more particularly improvements during implementation, and ensures the overall consistency of the solution: receiving and analysing the request, costing, scheduling, etc.

In deployment operations then in production, the deployment and maintenance project leader coordinates the rollout phases, approves installation prerequisites, oversees the field teams and keeps the customer informed through activity monitoring reports and steering committees.
